Conveniently located in Mammoth Ski & Racquet, this 2BD/2BA, two-story condo sleeps 6 comfortably in 1 king, 1 queen & twin bunk beds. Pets welcome There are several ways to get to the slopes: -Walk to Chair 7 (.4 mi) -drive .5 mi to Canyon Lodge -Take Blue Line shuttle (stop #73 is 100 yds from condo) to Canyon Lodge -When there is enough snow, ski to chair 7 TAKE THE SKI BACK TRAIL HOME to the back door of the condo building (snow conditions permitting)

Good to know

My homey, two-story condo is located walking distance to Canyon Lodge. You can walk (or ski when there is enough snow) to the bottom of chair 7 and take the Village Ski Back Trail back to the condo. The Village Ski Back Trail will bring you to the back door (snow conditions permitting)! When the snow is thin, you may have to take off your skis and walk down to the back door from the trail. Also, the Blue Line and Night Trolley shuttle stop #73 to/from Canyon Lodge and The Village is at the end of the the street (about 100 yards from the condo). We have FREE coffee and tea and FREE Wifi. THE SPACE: This tastefully decorated two-story condo is located in the Mammoth Ski & Racquet complex at 248 Mammoth Slopes Dr. in Mammoth Lakes. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. The bedrooms are upstairs and the living room and kitchen are downstairs. THE ENTIRE COMPLEX IS NON-SMOKING. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. The complex has two hot tubs, a rec room with a pool table and video games, seasonal outdoor pool, tennis courts, horseshoe pits and a basketball court. There are two flights of stairs from the garage to get to the condo door. PARKING: 2 parking spots (1 assigned in garage; 1 unassigned outdoor space) INCLEMENT WEATHER (WINTER): OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER OR ROAD CONDITIONS. Please research the road conditions on the Caltrans website for Highway 395. Chains may be required during a storm. If hwy 395 is CLOSED during a storm, the host may issue a partial refund ONLY for the date(s) the road is CLOSED ONLY. Snowstorms are a foreseeable natural condition in the Sierras. No refunds will be made for weather related cancellations or modifications to your travel plans unless I can re-book the dates for the ENTIRE length of your stay. **NOTE - The road heading up to the condo is steep. If a storm is predicted, snow tires, tire chains or 4 wheel drives are recommended . During the winter, keep a close eye on the weather and plan accordingly.

NO SMOKING: Including cannabis and vaping CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. Times strictly enforced during peak periods. Late check-outs will be charged at $25.00 per hour unless pre-arranged with management. QUIET HOURS: 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or large gatherings allowed. PET POLICY: We welcome a maximum of 2 pets during your stay at no additional cost. To ensure that all residents have a pleasant experience, the management closely enforces the pet policy to benefit everyone in the neighborhood. **Per the Vacation Rental App policy, you must not leave your pet alone in the unit at any time. ** Recommended Doggy Daycares: Little Paws Pet Care; Long Valley Pet Retreat; Sierra Pet Ventures. You can find them through an Internet search **Excessive barking is not acceptable. In the event of a complaint from other guests or residents, you could receive a noise citation from the HOA or law enforcement. Should this happen, the vacation rental company will be informed of the rule violation, and any fines will be your responsibility and my review of your stay will reflect the same. **Mammoth Lakes leash law REQUIRES that all dogs be kept on a leash AT ALL TIMES while on the property and within town limits (Mammoth Municipal Code 6-12[210]). **DO NOT let your dog or Children run up and down the hallways! **You MUST CLEAN UP YOUR PET’S WASTE! Yes, even on the hiking trails. **Kindly keep pets off the furniture. Use the colored/patterned pet linens (sheets) in the wooden chest next to the fireplace to cover furniture; Do not use the white bed sheets or bed blankets to cover the furniture. **Please flea treat your pet before checking in. **If you do not advise the host you are bringing a pet or fail to adhere to any of the above rules, the vacation rental company will be notified and my review of your stay will reflect the same. RESTRICTIONS ON OCCUPANCY: My rental license with the Town of Mammoth Lakes allows for 6 people maximum. If you violate this rule, the on-site manager will ask ALL guests to leave, any deposit or fees paid will be forfeited. Owner is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Do not leave food items or ice chests in your car. Owner is not responsible for damage to any vehicle caused by bears.

Anna’s home was perfect for our group - walking distance to canyon lodge with a jacuzzi right across from the garages. Plenty spacious and clean, with a nice view from the living areas. Anna was very accommodating, allowing us to stay an extra night when unexpected travel plans hit. All in all, very competitive value for Mammoth and we had a comfortable stay. One thing to note: walls are on the thinner side, so you may be able to hear your neighbors.

There are four ways to get to/from Canyon Lodge: 1- Ski to Chair 7 (if you already have a pass or lift ticket) SNOW CONDITIONS PERMITTING and ski back on the Village Ski Back Trail snow conditions permitting. 2 - Walk to Chair 7 (if you already have a pass or lift ticket) and ski back on the Village Ski Back Trail snow conditions permitting. 3 - Drive and park 4 - Walk to shuttle STOP #73 (at the end of the street) and take the shuttle 1 stop to Canyon Lodge. You can rent a ski locker for 1 day or multiple days at Canyon Lodge to store your shoes and ski equipment.
